This taco bell has always been a bit off track since it opened. Service is slow. Food is half wrapped and packaged terrible. The people are rude most of the time. If you eat inside there is typically no one there so it's quiet. I've been there a few times hoping for change... Maybe next year
Tonight, I experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The employee, Amarzya G. showed that she should not be in any type of customer service position. I went to this location with my family to pick up a late night meal and I wanted the Discovery box, which on the board said that it included cinnamon twists, my favorite! We got our food & out of habit checked to make sure we got all of what we ordered. In the box, we received chips and cheese instead of cinnamon twists. I placed a mobile order 2 tacos and a fry. I saw there were new cinnamon churros and I really wanted to try them. Since I already paid online I asked if I could add on a set of churros. The girl very rudely starts snapping at me saying I can't order there. I was so confused like what I'm literally sitting at the ordering speaker 😅 I was genuinely confused so I was like what I can't order here at this speaker...? She was like no I was like ummmmm?? The service and food were the typical “average” for Taco Bell. The “atmosphere” was suspect, considering an employee essentially followed me into the men’s room with a urinal “deodorizer” and literally watched me urinate at the one and only urinal until I finished. He then placed the item in the urinal and returned to “work” (no hand washing). Once I returned to my wife in the lobby, the employee was there to keep eyeing me till I walked away.
Smelled like rotten meat in the dining area. Was ignored by staff. Ended up leaving because of the smell.
