Worst taco bell in the area! Who ever runs this taco bell definitely suffers from dyslexia!Any tweak or any special accommodations to an order will not be met!!! I repeat will not be met! Go here 100 times I guarantee your order will be wrong 99.9% of the time!Especially during the evening shift!!!
I was missing a taco and pulled around and Michael was very professional and polite and made it right!
Employees need to be re trained on how to make a simple taco. As of last 2 months a particular machine has been “ broken and we don’t know when it will be fixed” and cannot make any Gordita crunches. That’s fine. Yesterday I go thru drive through and was asked 3x to repeat 4 things I ordered of which 2 never made it to the screen. I was finally told to just pull up. The worst Taco Bell in the Erie area. Every time I come here they always get the order wrong and it’s been that way for so long, very rarely do I ever have that problem at other Taco Bell locations beside this one. The cashier was also obviously on the influence of drugs and the staff do nothing but yell at each other. Out of any Taco Bell location, this one definitely needs to be shut down.
I gave it 5 stars because they ACTUALLY gave me a bunch of fire sauce!
