They forgot to give us all our food, and what they did make for us seemed to be old. No flavor at all. Called because we live out of town, so didn't have time to turn around; however, no one answered the phone. We also had to wait 10 minutes at the window. Not sure what that was about. Not much meat on the taco.
Imagine offering a substitute for an item. And then proceeding to not even give the item. Employee checked if everything was in there. They saw it was not and still handed it over. Clear and deliberate incompetence.
