I had ordered food for pickup but when I showed up to pick up my order, the store was closed Instacart had a note to check in drive through if the store is closed and that I could show my order details to get it But, when I went to the drive through, the employee just refused to give me the order as I was not having a vehicle, they asked me to get car so that they could give me my order. It was easy to order and food was fresh and hot.
On 2/28 the manger Christene is very rude and disrespectful towards workers. I was in the drive through and it was very busy, she wasn’t doing nothing but yelling at the poor worker in the drive through. I felt so bad the cashier was trying her hardest. This is not the first time i’ve seen this. All the other times that i’ve been there the other girl manger with the nose ring and black curly hair be treating them nice. Do better when hiring!
