I live near this Taco Bell and rarely eat here. After this experience, I won’t be coming back. When I walked in, a kind employee offered to help me at the self-service kiosk, which I appreciated. A few moments later, I noticed the same employee sweeping the rug around the drink station. I decided to complete my order on my own and paid at the kiosk. Imagine you check in for your mobile order, they say ok. You get to the window and he says "it's not ready, pull back around." People pleaser I am, says ok. You have to pull an illegal turn to get back around. I'm head to head with another car in the road cause otherwise it's 5 minute drive around the block. Turns out there were 6+ more cars already in the drive thru. So I'm waiting 20 additional minutes for the same order. It's probably getting cold cause they made it when I was first in the drive thru.
