Ordering via the computer screens is very time consuming. I only ordered two items and the whole process took around 20 minutes. They need to go back to ordering via a human being. I have no plans of returning to this location.

К окну выдачи так некто и не подошол. после чего я сел в машину и встал в очередь, простояв в очереди еще 10 минут, мне сказали что не могут мне сдесь отдать заказ и что бы я возвращался к окну выдачи для курьеров… Только 1 заезда, а лучше 0.
I am a DOORDASH delivery person. At night I waited for an order near the courier pick-up window for more than 20 minutes, during this time more than 10 cars arrived, placed the order, and took the order. No one came to the pick-up window. After which I got into the car and stood in line, having stood in line for another 10 minutes, they told me that they cannot give me the order here and that I should return to the pick-up window for couriers... Only 1 visit, or better yet 0.
