i love me some taco bell but last time i came, they gave me literally no beef in one of my tacos. then today 11/11/2025 there’s this plastic wrap in there. they didn’t even have a line for this to happen, idk how they didn’t catch that after prepping the taco. i won’t give it a 1 star because it’s truly not a bad spot but it is a 3.

Please help me report this Taco Bell. Tonight around 9 PM, my mom went to this Taco Bell location while working, and what happened was completely unacceptable. One of the employees — a tall man with brown skin and a Band-Aid on his face — made fun of her, called her stupid, and made her drive around the drive-through three times for no reason other than to humiliate her.
