We had a mobile order set to drive-thru arrived at 11:09 pm the associate asked us to pull around and wait in the front. He told me they were making fresh empenadas and asked us to wait. We agreed then waited until 11:39 pm I then drove back thru and the associate said "oh she is outside looking for you"... We received our order unfortunately the the food was cold! Explain how that was even possible!
