On 3/21/26 in the evening, i went here and bought 2 cheesy double beef burritos. I got the worst food poisoning. The rice was hard. I dont know what the cause was. Maybe someone doesn't wash their hands. Its rare for me to throw up and i ended up throwing up from both ends. Probably never going to this taco bell again. Theres usually homeless there in the day.
I’ve waited 40 minutes and finally got out empty handed. You can’t even talk to them.
Daaamn went home and opened the Chalupas from the box and there is no real reason for them to give me this to eat. I was hungry and bit it. It was like eating hard chips. Are chalupas supposed to be served this way. Very upsetting. It was a week ago So the workers right there right now are giving this. Best advice i learned is to open all the boxes and paper and look at the food before driving off. Eating burnt things could affect your health.
Customer service is great, nothing to complain about. The problem is the food. It happens so many times that I finally decided to leave a review. There's always something missing in the order, or mix it up. Sometimes it doesn't have enough ingredients and burritos/crunch wraps/ are flat. In other locations it is not like that. Always make sure your order is right before you leave, at least that's what I will start to do.
