Customer service is great, nothing to complain about. The problem is the food. It happens so many times that I finally decided to leave a review. There's always something missing in the order, or mix it up. Sometimes it doesn't have enough ingredients and burritos/crunch wraps/ are flat. In other locations it is not like that. Always make sure your order is right before you leave, at least that's what I will start to do.

THE TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, FROM BEGINNING UNTIL THE END. NEVER GO, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, ALL THE WORKER DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO YOU AT ALL. THEY, ARE ALL EXTREMELY RUDE, AND GET MAD IF YOU TALK TO THEM AND MAKE YOUR ORDER, OR ASK A QUESTION THEY PASS NEXT YOU OR INFRONT OF YOU, AND THEY TOTALLY IGNORE YOU. THEY DON'T WANT TO TAKE YOUR ORDERS AT ALL. THEY GIVE YOU THE WRONG ORDER. THEY MIXED UP EVERYONE ORDERS.
it was so bad, I ordered my food at 5:30 and recieved it at 6:10 the workers don’t even know how to wrap burritos, and there was a guy assulting people
