Bad customer service
Jefffery that works nights needs to be fired. He has a horrible attitude and no skills to be a manager tbh does not know how to solve a problem. His attitude is terrible and he gets orders wrong then argues with you about how you didnt say that. And then refusing a refund is crazy.
