got the chicken cantina taco meal gave us hard tacos with chicken. ordered a chicken quesadilla meal with a soft taco we did not receive a soft taco. ordered a grilled cheese burrito it only had beef and rice in it no sauce nothing else not even the grilled cheese on the outside. had no dr pepper or sprite. absolutely ridiculous! also handed our food not in bags and gave us bathroom paper towels. the lady at the window was rushing us out too.
The food here is very lukewarm and not very tasty.
From hair in the food to deliveries without one single sauce packet to members telling me it's my bad luck, good service is a rarity.
Customer service is straight trash they need better night management. People wonder why companies don’t like coming here or don’t last long here.
