Whoever owns this franchise should sell it to someone actually interested in running a FAST FOOD restaurant. This is the slowest and least competent taco bell I've ever been to, and that's saying a lot.
Now you are forced to use the touch kiosk.. But no hand sanitizer, kinda disgusting. How soon people forget the pandemic!
I've been through the drive thru twice. The first time I waited for 27 minutes to get my order, and couldn't back out because there were cars behind me. And there was only 2 cars ahead of me. The last time I was the first one in line and it only took them 10 minutes to get my food. Only to get back to my room and find out they screwed up on my order. Getting of work late it is one of the only places that should be open, but when I go there they close early with no warning. Last time I had a mobile order they I was able to make because they should be open but was told to just get a refund because they had closed early.
Nacho fries? Bad. Service? Bad. Employees rude to every customer we saw them interact with. No lids for drinks
