I genuinely never leave reviews but tonight was absolutely unacceptable. I waited in drive thru for 2 hours for a mobile order I could not cancel becuase it disappeared off the app. When I went inside they had no items on the food line and they were messing around. They said that they were swamped from door dash and they wanted to clean up the line. That it would be a couple more minutes to put food back on the line. Waited in line over 40 minutes, unable to order because they were under staffed and hit with a ton of doordash orders so they refused to take orders at the restaurant although we were already waiting.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Taco Bell. The young gentleman working the drive-thru spoke so quietly that he could not be clearly heard through the intercom. Even in person, his voice was barely audible. When I politely told him I couldn't hear him and asked him to please speak up, he actually continued speaking even more softly rather than making any effort to communicate clearly.
