Customer service is lost here Update thought I'd give them another try and still disappointed. My order was wrong and I didn't notice until I got home. 20 minutes in the drive thru line is ridiculous!! The nachos look like someone threw up in them.
Caleb and Loni, who were working at 10:18, provided terrible customer service. As a disabled veteran, I rely on online pick-up for convenience due to my disability. I ordered through the app for pick-up and went to the drive-thru. Caleb was very dismissive when I told him I had kids in the car.
