Please higher more staff, the night of Jan 31st ticket times had to be 30 mins. Yes you heard that 30 mins at Taco Bell.
This is supposed to be a #6. The soda was all soda water. Don't call to talk to someone they won't answer the phone. If the franchisee won't do quality control then on to Corp. Just a suggestion, if I pick take-out don't ask for how long i waited for a table. It's Taco Bell.
The young man at the drive thru was very personable and efficient.
Saturday January 31st 2026 at 920pm sat in line for 33 minutes. SO I PULLED UP TO WINDOW to be told manager said that they would not take any orders thru the drive thru only for food delivery people was able to get food like REALLY ... Thay refused all service to anyone in drive thru or walk in.... They had a line so long that it was like they made the food after you payed... I was in line over 30 min and was only 5 cars back
It angers me to know that if you try to do an act of kindness, the manager at this store will tell you no. The vehicle in front of me was a Sheriff’s Deputy and his meal was $12. As he pulled forward and I approached the speaker box, I asked if I could please pay for the vehicle in front of me. I was told “No ma’am you cannot”.
