Really annoyed that the lady working told me that bc my order said drive thru on it I had to go get inline even though its paid for and its just rediclous when I didn't even realize I said drive thru pick up. There drive thru always take over 30 min. So much for it being fast food Smh. Do better. Atleast be kind and not rude about things
We placed on online order so we could just walk in and get it to find out there was a huge line and people were waiting for a 1/2 hour for food. I asked for my money back and I got told no that I to go through the app to get my money back.. this store is crap and needs to either get new managers that know how to run a store.
