Instead of having someone work the drive thru there is now an AI ordering system. I’d rather have human interaction when ordering my food but I guess corporate is too cheap to pay employees. Might help if your chalupas weren’t stale.
It's Taco Bell, it's a great place to eat if you like Mexican food, and it may not be genuine Mexican food but it's close enough 😎
