I was out this way because they had long john silvers. Um its gone so sad. Service really is not there. Force you to use the kiosk or you will wait and wait .
Although the staff are nice, they are not very good at getting orders correct. I have gone twice, and the first time every ad-on I payed for was omitted, I revived a voucher for the error and went again. The second time I had to drive back to get an order remade as they included cheese when it wasn't supposed to, and after remaking it, nearly everything else in the order was wrong. I will not be returning a third time.
Just shut this dump down already!!!!!!! Why make people wait so long??
I've never in my life seen anything like this place. The entire dining room is hemorrhaging full of people waiting for their food, a line around the building and the parking lot overflowing and not one single worker is making food. They just wander around and try to avoid eye contact with customers every time I've made the mistake of coming in. You should really look into your Oneida, NY location. We have waited 40min in the drivethru so far tonight and still havent gotten our food. This place should be shut down or corporate needs to come in and take it over. Haven't even gotten my food yet but last week when I waited 25min for my food, it was soggy. I preorder on the app so leaving isnt an option as I always pay ahead of time but we will not be returning until someone can get a hold on this location.
