Order accuracy is still not a top priority here. Sad, have to get my taco bell on closer to work rather than next to my house.
Very bad experience many times, I called and complained but lady responded very rudely and made argument without even answering.! Never go again.!
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit at Hanover park location. The service was unfriendly, When I finally received my order, it was incorrect, I ordered veggie box and it has meat in it. To top it off, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. When I tried to report my issues, I was met with a lack of concern and no effort to resolve the problem and manager was rude. Overall, I'd give one star. The service very bad not going come back again this place.
