I was eating my taco and then I look at the cheese and there is mold growing out of it.
Mess up orders EVERY SINGLE TIME. Food also has a very weird taste.. not a good one either. Owner/manager dude is rude as hell. Go down the street to the one on Army Trail its way better and tastes perfectly fine.
Arrive there around 9:25pm and what a surprise the doors locked employee laying down I assume that he was off the clock and to pull to the drive thru even though they are supposed to close at 10, there was no sandwiches available not happy about it, definitely not trying this kfc again
Worst drive thru experience better tell your employees to tighten up.
Horrible customer service. I pulled up to the window during my lunch time and tried to order from the luxe menu… an item they apparently don’t carry, but after ordering it I could hear a lady in the background of the speaker telling the person taking the order in Spanish which I AM FLUENT IN “she better not order that because we don’t even have it” very rudely! I said thank you and drove off to a different Taco Bell. This isn’t the first time I receive poor customer service at this location but it’s the closes TB to my job. ... read more
