A lot of the staff was pretty rude and didn’t know what was going on, but Andrea was super awesome and running the place, putting orders in and had great customer service!!
This Taco Bell has the slowest drive thru I have ever experienced, over an hour waiting for a mobile order with no way to leave the drive thru. After an hour of waiting for food the quality was terrible and employees were rude.
The system that "The Powers that Be" have in place are truly seriously flawed! They ave a huge disconnect from people walking in the door to the prep area!!! Drive thru seems to have more importance than walk inside and app order or door dash more than anything! The prep area made orders that sat there at the pickup rack the whole time 45min I was there, while walk-in waited over an hour for food!
