Me and my family waited 20 minutes and we ordered online and 5 minutes later it said the order was ready BUT then WE HAD TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES JUST TO GET OUR FOOD AND the food WAS SMALL IT DIDNT EVEN MAKE OUR FAMILY FULL AND WE GET FULL EASILY. (I forgot to take a picture)
Im so sad every time I go here at night the food is like its been sitting out all day. I was looking forward to trying the mini taco salad with extra beef and instead got extra beans. It was a mobile order. I worked in fast food for almost 10 years I know how this usually goes. Its late theyre closing soon stretch whatever beef you got left so you dont have to make anymore. Its no excuse.
I had to make 2 orders yesterday and they had an attitude about it. When I was eating I bit into something hard, they had put an old burned potato in my nachos. I want to think it was an accident but how does just one hard one fall in if it was from the heating cabinet. Pretty messed up. I wish I could show a picture here.
Nothing wrong with the staff. Just the kiosks. No one there to help if you mess up on your order, but I guess that's where the future is headed. Everything done on a screen.
