It was ok but the customer service could use a little help.
They forgot my sour cream on my supreme burrito and I paid extra didn’t get that and also forgot my cheese sauce on the side. And the nachos bell grande are no good at this location it’s just dry chips hardly any toppings. It’s a better one another mile down the street.
I’m not sure if this is a franchise or what but it seemed they found it hard to speak English — I had to repeat myself multiple times and could not understand what the woman was saying/ she hardly would respond. I spent more time in this drive thru, here than anywhere I’ve been. I normally give positive reviews but don’t waste your time or money here. Ok y'all, I never thought I'd find myself reviewing a fast food joint, but here I am. I just need to give this Taco Bell a shout because they're the best. The past year or so, they haven't messed up mine and my boyfriend's order even once, and we go there... embarrassingly often. Also, when we get two of the same items, but one is vegetarian and one is meat, they mark "veggie" on one.
