Have you met René? She is absolutely amazing for this reason alone this is my go to Taco Bell and the food is actually well-made at this location.
Same order twice within a week that's wrong and sloppy by the young kids working after 8pm. I pay $0.30 extra for different sauce, but I get none. Not to mention the small bloop of sour cream on one end of the burrito.. Last time there was missing ingredients plus missing sauce. I'll go to another location from now on if I'm spending almost $4 for a burrito. It's really not difficult. Hire better.
