never got a refund for my $7 cinnamon delights that took forever
The employee thinks that they can’t get fired always closing before the scheduled time and thinks it’s a joke
Slowest drive through in the history of drive throughs. Been waiting in line after ordering for 30mins and the line hasn't moved. When I worked at DQ in the early 2000s, we expected a 1 min drive through time and we were the busiest DQ in the entire US, so it's very hard to see how that isn't possible in today's landscape. Oh, and we weren't paid 15/hr. You had to be management to make that. Ordered at 2:03, got my food at 2:37
Food is always Fresh and the employees are always nice
