If you come at night you'll be waiting until the morning staff comes in. I dont see the point of ordering at night if the food never comes. At least put up tents in the parking lot for those dumb enough to show up. Definitely the worst one in Athens. If that even had to be said...
Waited 15 minutes for food and more than half my order was missing. Staff needs replacing or education. I'll drive to another location before coming back here again.
Came for an uber eats order. She says gonna be a “moment.” Proceeds to be over 30 minutes. Idc if it is “one” person working on the line for them orders u can simply communicate that the order is 10th-15th down the line. Told them straight up don’t tell me it’s gonna be a moment. Three workers start yelling “bye, byeeee.” Shit could’ve been settled 30 mins ago if u just told me straight up “x” name is 10th-15th down the line. I can argue. Shit don’t bother me. Barnett shoals Taco Bell is 10x better. LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE.
Terrible service. It took them an hour to deliver my order; they gave priority to other people.
