I hope the person who had to do SO MUCH WORK to pull up an order I put together on the app didn't slip a disc shoving my food out the window at me. Like, not even a hello or a "Your order will be out in a minute"? First, the AI for the drive thru is crap. We followed the prompt directly and ended up having to talk to an associate who seemed SO EXCITED to talk to us! (Jk, I've walked by morgues with more life to them).
