Went to pickup my online order and I get home where my wife shoes me her crunch wrap supreme with literally no beef ?? They put maybe a teaspoon of beef and the rest was lettuce . Was not a great experience when it was a long night of work when she went to pick it up .

The food is great. But the girl that was in the drive thru was horrible. She had an attitude and snatched my card out of my hand. She was really rude. Good job on the cooks though.

I ordered the cinnamon twists and they didn’t give it to me and plus there was a lash on my food and I don’t wear any lashes disclaimer. I also paid for the cinnamon twists.

I’m a huge fan of Taco Bell, always have been my whole life. I came in around 2:30 AM because I work nights and they told me explicitly that no fried orders were available. I didn’t order anything fried and was okay with that. My cheesy Gordita’s crunches came out uncooked, like they’d been grilled for less than a second. My quesadilla also came out cold like it had been press grilled for less than a second. I get that it was late but if you’re open until 3 AM, work and act like it.
