I recently visited Taco Bell, and I have to say, the experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, not a single person greeted me. I stood there for 30 minutes waiting for my mobile order, and not one employee acknowledged my presence. I waited 40 minutes for 2 churros and a taco. Worst service of my life. Could've ate at texas roadhouse for that amount of time.
