I spent 27.00 and my food was cold and there was only 1 car at windows and I still Waited 10 minutes. I WANT A REFUND
Waited over 25 minutes for a pickup. Store was only working on drive through orders and couldn't get a hold of any employee.
The last two times I have been to this location it has taken 20 minutes and 35 minutes to get my food. One time I ordered on the app for the drive thru pickup and the 2nd on the app for an in store pickup thinking it would be quicker, it was not. This is laughable from a restaurant that should be “fast”, I understand if it take a little bit, even 5-10 minutes but this is insane and a waste of time. Frequent this Taco Bell regularly since it’s down the street. Visiting in the evening is always hit and miss. First got my order wrong. Ordered without the onion/cilantro, SO many onions. Secondly, TWO pieces of meat in the chalupa. Didn’t have a big order and they had 2 other people in the drive thru. Had to wait about 15min for this. So disappointed because the people during the day are very lovely and always do a great job.
