This is a Taco Bell / KFC location. Hours stated online that they are open until midnight. Waited in a long line in the drive in. Finally my turn to order and they tell me Taco Bell is closed but KFC is open. It's not even 9pm on a Wednesday night. I've gotten taco bell food here much later than that. Why would they stop serving one but not the other? And no signage notifying people. Now i know why so many cars were leaving the line before getting to the pick up window. Not friendly, main walk i door is often not unlocked, even tho the arrow points that way. The only other option is to walk down the drive thru lane. The locked door is also the handicapped entrance. When it is locked (this was during day, not night) you must walk all around the bldg to use the driveway entrance. This is a recurring problem at this store. ALSO, my order had the wrong name and was given to another customer.
Horrible customer service. The female manager has no customer service skills. I visited this morning (around 11AM). I told the cashier that I didn't want the tortilla and to put the beef, bean, and cheese in a bowl. After recieving my order, there was no bowl. The manager comes and says "we can't do that." The manger was so rude for no reason at all. Also, why couldn't they simply put the beef, bean, and cheese in a small bowl?
