It was taco tuesday and I really wanted tacos. I ordered a taco supreme hard shell combo. When I got home they were three regular tacos and they weren't crunchy. The corn tortillas had become soft because meat was oily. If you want good taco bell crunchy tacos, go to a real taco bell.
I went today to Taco Bell on La Tijera that’s combined with kfc and my family and I went through the drive through I didn’t get what I ordered I ordered the $5 box with churros and got the nachos… further more the cheese in the container wasn’t filled up and they gave me the wrong drink at first glad they at least fixed that but I’m very disappointed in my purchase

This is a Taco Bell / KFC location. Hours stated online that they are open until midnight. Waited in a long line in the drive in. Finally my turn to order and they tell me Taco Bell is closed but KFC is open. It's not even 9pm on a Wednesday night. I've gotten taco bell food here much later than that. Why would they stop serving one but not the other? And no signage notifying people. Now i know why so many cars were leaving the line before getting to the pick up window. Not friendly, main walk i door is often not unlocked, even tho the arrow points that way. The only other option is to walk down the drive thru lane. The locked door is also the handicapped entrance. When it is locked (this was during day, not night) you must walk all around the bldg to use the driveway entrance. This is a recurring problem at this store. ALSO, my order had the wrong name and was given to another customer.
