My mom came to this location yesterday to place an order for lunch. As she placed an order at the drive thru, Tiffany was very rude. Correcting her grammar. What an inconvenience to change what you want to eat for lunch because of poor customer service. How does Tiffany get to decide how someone places an order?? As long as it’s respectful, Tiffany should take the order, enter it and take care of it. No need to correct someone. Tiffany may need to be an English teacher in the future.
I assume this is, yet another, sell out to the Cumberland strip being destroyed. Shame. I used to enjoy this Taco Bell.
Inside store employees was awesome. But the app sucks. It doesn't work properly. It has a hiccup on the payment method. Other than that everything else was awesome.
