I don’t normally write negative reviews — I prefer to highlight the positive and support local businesses. But this visit left me no choice. I came in during lunch. I was the only customer inside, and there were just 4 or 5 cars in the drive-thru — nothing out of the ordinary. Still, it took over 25 minutes to get my food. Not a bad place. Had one of the best power bowls in awhile.
Forgot drink, and receipt, along with all the other reviews just go somewhere else.
The 2 people working the drive through had very broken English and could not be understood. They never gave me a total price and we're already working on the car behind me before i pulled away from the microphone. Then when we got the food, it was cold but burnt. Not good!!
I don't think any of the workers spoke fluent English, the lady at the cash register seemed pissed that I had to pay in cash rather than at the kiosk. I would find this understandable, however she proceeded to then dump my change onto the counter which sent half of them onto the floor. She didn't apologize which is again, somewhat understandable, but then I later realized I was given the incorrect change by an entire 6–7 dollars.
