We have ordered from this place several times, and following simple instructions on an order clearly eludes the staff. 0/10 on ability to deliver on simple instructions. Countless times have they messed up orders requiring multiple trips to their store to fix food issues. Adding lettuce when specifically requesting no lettuce, wrong size drinks, etc. I wish I can say this is a one time mistake, but this has happened on 5 different occasions now over 2 months.
