We placed 3 orders through the mobile app to be convenient for the drive-through so we didn’t have to go around twice because of the only 2 orders per car rule, but when I get to the speaker the lady in the other side was rude when we asked why we couldn’t just pick up all 3 orders when they where all already payed for online she insisted we had to go around. The man who took our order was rude and difficult to talk to. I wanted bell sauce and didn't even receive any because he kept suggesting honey mustard and rang all of my sauces up as honey mustard. not to mention my chicken was very old and gross i couldnt even eat it. absolutely terrible service and food.
