Is management even reading these reviews. Customer service is so ridiculously slow here. I have never gotten food at the drive thru window because they always ask me to pull around and park. And then I will be parked 15-20 minutes waiting for the food to come out. It’s ridiculous. I’ve never had this experience at any other KFC or Taco Bell ever.
