Very slow service. My order was sitting behind the counter ready for 10 mins before the staff even acknowledged me. I’ve been here 3 times now similar experience
Didn't read the review before the visit. Was too excited to have a Taco Bell in downtown Jersey City. Yes I did have to wait over 30 min for two soft Tacos? The staffs were indeed slow people. They see the people waiting but have 'don't care' look. No hot sauce. No sauce at Taco Bell? Trying to cut down the cost, I guess. The most amazing: after 30 min I finally received the food and my tacos were cold ??? Who is the owner of this franchise??
