Atención muy mala para que vienen si no les gusta su trabajo
I guess the employees rely too much on the order kiosk when eating in. I wasn’t acknowledged when i first walked in and even after i placed my order on the kiosk. The machine didn’t print out a receipt so i wasn’t notified by them that they received my order either. I think they need a little more organization since it seems they can’t figure out who is working the computer, or maybe training someone but their communication is in English and Spanish, and they seem to be getting on each others way. The workers must be purposely giving uber eats driver partial orders. Every time i order form her i get the wrong order or my drinks are missing or entire party bundle boxes. 2 different uber eats drivers told me they were told the orders didn’t come with anything more despite receipts clearly saying more items.
