I ordered from the Taco Bell app while sitting in the lobby at the 71st Street location, but the app placed my order at the Catoosa Taco Bell — 15 miles away! When I asked for help: The 71st Street Taco Bell refused to make my order. The Catoosa Taco Bell refused to cancel it. Neither location would issue me a refund. This place is a joke I just went through the drive through and they were so disorganized there was only one person infont of me and they still gave me a taco with no meat in it do better or just close
Just went here waited 15 mins to get my food for the to come to my car a tell me you need to move you holding up my line when I still have not received my food the lady was rude and disrespectful they just want there times in the drive though to be better so they don't look bad when they have long waits that a them problem I pay for my food I will leave when I get my food.
What is wrong with this store? The people act like the taco sauce comes out of their paycheck! I absolutely HATE how stingy they are. I ask for extra sauce, I get 3 frisking sauces in a meal that has 4 items! THREE sauces is extra sauce. Why is it so dang hard to give a person the sauce they ask for, the food NEEDS taco sauce! Its EVERY SINGLE TIME I ask, they give me three sauces in their stupid little bags. How about you save on the labor it costs to put sauces in the fry bags and just give us the sauce we ask for.
