I love Taco Bell but at this location they take forever just to make a couple of quesadillas and the AI drive thru is awful. (Also, can someone please tell the teenager that drives a Black Ram to stop honking and cursing at women in the drive-thru? He is there every time causing a disturbance. Please get him out of there)
The Ai druve through receptionist cant understand specific order customizations like "no peppers" or "onions only" and instead of removing the veggies like I wanted it added another to my order. I removed the additional order and decided to have a human being fix the veggie at the window because the Ai couldn't comprehend what I wanted. Good food but they have a new AI voice taking orders instead of the workers and tonight when I got my food I ordered my chicken fajita chalupas without peppers but the AI voice couldn’t register what I was saying and when we got to the window we told them that we didn’t want peppers on the chalupas and the women behind the girl who was taking the money/handing out food was snappy and rude sounding asking the cooks if they had made it yet and “ well we will just have to remake it the customer took them off at the window” in a... read more
this place is absolutely ridiculous! i waited over 30 minutes for 3 medium dirty baja blasts, while the 2 younger girls were sitting at the drive thru laughing and playing around, i don’t think they knew what they were doing! i tried getting the attention of atleast somebody 4 times until someone acknowledged me. when they did, she put the creamer in and told me to make the drink myself! i get it’s a busy franchise but they NEED to higher employees that know what they’re doing! there was at least 4 other people i talked to w... read more
