The experience was one I'd like to forget. The tacos came with cheese, even though I ordered without. Therefore, I took it up to the front and asked for them to remake my food as I was allergic to cheese. They remade the tacos and they looked fine until I further investigated and found little strings of cheese in the lettuce. Recently changed over to a AI ordering system that barely works, why do I have to talk to a robot to get my order
People were driving over the median to get out of line it took so long. We waited 45 minutes for our food and didn’t think to check it before getting home. Go figure the order was wrong. I’ll never come back here again, and this is my first review ever in my 24 year of living. What an absolutely terrible experience. The girl at the window was nice though. But why was she standing there yapping away… girl the line is pouring out into Walmart! Lock in
I ordered a spicy potato soft taco and a quesarito at around 10:00 PM. The spicy potato taco had no potatoes on it, not a single one. And the quesarito was sloppily put together. They put plenty of cheese, lettuce, and sauce on the taco; I was tempted to eat it just so I wouldn’t have to waste it.
