I ordered online for a ”quick” drive through pickup. The wait was very long for my food after I got to even after long waits for each of the 3 cars in front of me. I’m sure it was at least 20 minutes. At least they apologized for that. When I got the food home and unpacked it, the quesadillas and soft tacos were packed on the bottom with the heavier items on top so they were so smashed the paper was stuck to the tortillas I had to peel the paper from the tortillas, but a lot of the tortillas stuck to the paper. Overpriced garbage. I can't believe people pay that much. Definitely not what it used to be
Service was pretty slow, almost 18 minutes from time of order until the food came out. Had to ask for the frozen drink 2x after the food came out. Floor and tables very dirty and trash just scattered around.
I can’t even remember how many times I have came here and the doors are all just locked for no reason. No sign. Closed three hours early today. Terrible dang service. This place needs new management for sure - at an absolute minimum.
