Fast service good food, friendly staff.
Lobby is randomly closed. Doordasher and uber drivers have to wait in the drive through line for 15-20 minutes. I called the store, he said his GM is on vacation and I can call the taco bell hotline. Just wow.
Ding ding ding, another Taco Bell for Tuesday nights with the boys. I had those new Street chalupas, and they were hella good, 2 of those and a medium drink under $10. Hard to beat that.
I understand that locations can be understaffed or super busy, but we waited over an hour in the drive-thru for an online order. I doubt it’s the employees fault since they’re likely overworked, but management or the franchisee needs to be doing SOMETHING to support their staff. This is not the first time the lines have been stagnant for an ungodly amount of time. And if you've placed an order for pickup, you have to either wait it out or eat the cost of the food instead of the actual food itself!
