Stood at the counter forever, at my keys down and sat there longer while watching one of the two people working sit at the window reading sauce packets. No greeting or anything. Finally after waiting 5min I went to the kiosk and ordered and paid, stood there another 5min and they started asking me about my order cause they couldn't find it and then come to find out my order had been randomly canceled for no reason. Ridiculous. What the heck happened to customer service?

Use to love their service at 10 at night got what we asked for. We went tonight and ask for double stacker and got the classic stacker instead. And asked and paid for extra red sauce on my bean burritos and ask that they would be marked so we could tell them apart from the beef that was ordered she said I have been making sure they were doing that and refused to look and make sure. Sure enough all off them were marked burrito supreme and we had to open them all up to see who was who's.

If they aren't wearing hair nets, go somewhere else. Person working with pink hair decided to say something rude about us coming in right after they opened. We placed our order and walked outside because it was way too cold in the lobby. Our orders weren't marked so I had to open an item, and found a pink hair in the seal of the flour tortilla. When I asked for the food to be remade by the other employee, pink hair didn't like that. I wish I was dreaming, because this used to be my favorite location growing up.

Went through the drive through. The dumbest working the windows gave us someone else's order. Called the store to speak to a manager and they told me there was no manager available at the moment.
