I am very disappointed in our local Taco Bell. I ordered the new shredded beef fries - fries were hard as a rock and the cheese tasted old. Ordered beefy 5 layer burrito - barely anything inside it was all tortilla. Ordered the beef chalupa supreme - they gave me chicken and was so much sour cream that I could barely even tell there was anything else in it. I pulled in the drive through late this evening about 2 hrs to close. Staff was very short over the intercom, when asked for "anything else" I asked for 10 sauces he put 4, when I pulled to the windows I was rushed through with out a 2nd thought if everything was correct or anything. I don't understand the guys night but save the attitude, an the lack of care. If you don't like your job, or don't care for it, find another.
