my friend's food got (very blatently) stolen and the employees were extremely understanding and remade her order as soon as we told them the issue and gave her a coupon for the trouble. I'm sure they deal with this all day but they left a great impression on me and they deserve a shout out.
The food was fine here. I don't know if it was slow because they were busy or always slow.
