Visiting from East Tennessee and my co worker and I both agreed that was the best darn taco bell we ever had !! We even told the crew how amazing it was and to please keep doing whatever they were doing !! Shout out to the night crew working on May 17th 2026. You guys rock !!!
Refusing to take a customers order is the epitome of bad service. If I do not want to use a touchscreen to place my own order and you have a register behind the counter I should not be required to use it. Let's add that they will take a minimum of 20-30 minutes to get your order out even when they aren't busy. Someone needs to look into their turn around times. No sense of urgency whatsoever.
