A bizarre location where the hours of operation never seem to be consistent with either online hours or posted ones. The food is comically prepared, where a smattering of toppings are haphazardly strewn in a usually broken taco shell, and be sure to check the bag for your missing items! The food is good, but the customer service needs serious improvement. One time, my order was messed up, so I brought it to their attention. They looked at it, went to the back, fixed my food, handed it back to me, and that was it. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and no basic customer service at all not even a simple “Sorry about that” or “We apologize for the inconvenience.” There’s also very little friendliness when ordering inside.
