waited 35 minutes for our food. no bueno
Drive thru line was horrible. Waited over 10 minutes without any movement whatsoever. People started to get out of the drive thru queue. I got out of line and went inside just to find more people waiting. The staff moves like snails in slow motion. There’s no reason why the line looks like a Black Friday special is going on. It’s supposed to be fast food. Fast. Not 30+ mins like some of the other reviews here state. Very frustrating.
Absolutely atrocious! I went inside with my girlfriend and I ordered 2 flaming hot burritos my girl ordered a chicken quesadilla and crunchwrap supreme. Costed me $34.50. Both of my burritos had rock hard rice that hurt when I chewed. I showed my girlfriend and she immediately put down her crunchwrap in disgust. I went and talked with an employee and showed him. Ordered through drive thru. Order was wrong had to drive back. Asked for refund. I got a bunch of tags from previous orders in my bag. Food orders get messed up but to have a bunch of food tags tossed in makes me wonder if he and staff did this on purpose.
