Seeing that this Taco Bell had to shut down due to sanitation issues says everything that needs to be said. Situations like that don’t happen out of nowhere. They usually come from basic things being ignored over time — employees not wearing gloves, poor hand hygiene, lack of sanitizer stations, and inadequate cleaning of surfaces and equipment. Refuses to swap a crunchy shell for a soft shell on a taco because they "Don't have a button for it". I have never run into this issue at any other taco bell location.
For almost a week this taco bell hasn't had a working fryer how can upu operate without a fryer ridiculous
