Food wasn't what I expected
Very disappointing experience at Taco Bell. I waited over an hour in the drive-thru, only to be treated rudely when I asked about my order. The employee said they didn’t know anything and closed the window on me. A supervisor barely addressed the situation with no real apology. To make things worse, I saw people who appeared to be friends of employees, in pajamas, going in and out of the kitchen area—very concerning from a hygiene standpoint.
