I've gone to taco Bell for years. This one on north chester in Bakersfield ca is by farrrr the sloooowest I've ever been to. 30 minutes in the drive thru. Robot is a joke. Simple order at 10 pm. $9 lux box and soda . This is not a fast food restaurant. Cashier was busy doing refills . Truthfully I would fire the whole crew. Rediculas that a major franchise is allowed to perform so poorly. Look at the rest of the reviews. I'm not alone. Change owners. Food was good. Just slooow
I've had probs with Taco Bells in the past with getting my order right, but this one always gets it right. Staff is friendly and fast. Never have to wait too long.
It took 20 minutes to get our order, 6 staff members were there but it only looked like two were working. Staff was not very friendly.
Hadn't had taco Bell in years and last night's late night order reminded me why. The only thing that tasted fresh was the cinnamon twists.
