Waited more than 20 minutes in the drive through. I got my food, it was the driest, worst meal I have ever had from a Taco Bell. I’ve never went to Taco Bell and expected great food, but my experience tonight was absolutely abhorrent.
Absolutely abysmal service. Their General Manager is the most rude person I have ever met. She said she would fix my order and completely forgot me. I think her name is Tina. I had gotten a 5 layer burrito and 2 crunchy tacos, and it took me 2 hours to get out of the parking lot because they were talking and not paying attention. I have never been so sick in my entire life after I had finally gotten my food. If this is who we're putting at the helm of our food I dont want anything more to do with Taco Bell.
