Terrible service, took 20 minutes for a single burrito with very little crowd and my burrito is filled with mystery sauce and grease
Worst Place ever! They are lucky that google doesn’t have an option for 0 rating. No mannerism and no sense of ownership of mistakes whatsoever. We ordered 2 veggie Bowls, but they had meat in the black beans. Not trust worthy at all. The manager finally agreed that it was a mistake after I got furious but shrugged it off as if it was not a great deal!
Put refried beans in my order when I checked "none" and halfhazardly scraped them off instead of starting over. I have a wheat allergy and searching the site, refried beans does NOT show up in the wheat free list. Even without that, very bad form. Will not be returning.
Wait for food is much longer than you think, for such a short line, and the food from th value menu is half the size of a normal Taco Bell… go to another place in the mall.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I rarely post negative reviews but this place has earned it! The owner / manager doesn't care about service. They ALWAYS mess up your order. They take FOREVER. Horrible place. AVOID the mistake I made by ordering here. Go to Master Wok next to them if you want decent food and experience.
