I give the service 2 stares because the the guy with thr dreads running the drive thru window needs a raise. I mean dude is really on point. There was a guy waiting at the counter for what seemed like 45 minutes because he couldn't understand the computer ordering station and everyone else just kept walking by him. I asked if he was OK and thats when he told me so I helped him order his food. But as for the majority of the staff its like they try to avoid the customers to the point of acting like your not even there
On 5.24.2026 at 10:50pm, waited on order for 45-minutes. Complete incompetence. No sense of urgency. Watching the employees move was like watching sap flow out of a pine tree. I’m done. Will not be back.
Say what you want about Taco Bell, but I love it! They have Kristina working the drive thru and she’s super nice and courteous which makes it an even better experience. Much better than the young kids that had running the drive thru. No offense lol. Keep her happy so she’ll stay!
