Always great food and service
Pickup order served burnt to a crisp nuggets. Drove back to store. Girls snickered and told ME to throw them away. Young man said he'd make new ones. No apology at any point. Handed me bag and walked off. Puzzled look when asked for sauce. Horrible customer service. Bad promotion of a limited item. Horrible customer service.
A bunch of college aged kids not taking their job seriously. I was pushed behind other customers who had not waited as long as myself simply because it was more convenient for them. I was told my food was currently being made and then I watched that food go to someone else. It took more than half an hour to prepare some tacos, and all they had to do was be up front about their situation from the start so I could adjust accordingly. Awful service.
