Why does this location exist? I have been on numerous occasions and they are out of everything fried, and all beef. Why stay opened? To make things worse there is an upcharge for chicken but they’re out of beef, make that make sense. I know I am not alone in saying we would welcome any other fast food chain to brookside.

Food is pretty good. But the managers are disrespectful. I’ve been coming here for a while because it’s the closest. But Kayla. The short white manager always wants to be last and rude. I had a situation it is 4:30 AM in the morning and they close at 5 AM and I feel like 30 minutes is a good enough time. I’ve been sitting here for eight minutes. I feel like they could’ve done that shit it’s OK but I’m gonna make sure that I come back here and they get what they need.
This establishment needs a totally new staff. All of them are ridiculous especially the Kayla so-called manager if that’s even her real name. It was probably a fake name …. Rude is an understatement!
