If I could give zero stars, I would. The service at this location leaves much to be desired, and the staff are routinely rude, snappy, and seemingly incapable of getting an order right. I rarely leave negative reviews because I prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt, but the mistakes have become too frequent to ignore. Pretty good when it's late and you need a snake
I HATE THIS PLACE !!! I like Taco Bell food every once in a while but this location on E State St is the worst. I drive door dash and dread coming here. The employees are RUDE as hell. I can't stand to speak to them. The worst customer service ever. This place must have a very high turnover to employ such trash people.
